Capusine Clemons is the founder of Capusine Cuisines LLC. based in Metro Atlanta. She is originally from Louisiana but has been a resident of the Metro Atlanta area since 1990. She is of Creole descent, which inspires her passion to prepare and share many of her family recipes. She began utilizing her skills as a chef at the age of 9, making stews and beans alongside her grandmother. Capusine fine-tuned her skills over the past 10 years and became known for her delicious seafood gumbo, cornbread seafood dressing, and her jambalaya.
Capusine started Capusine Cuisines to share her skills in the
preparations of Cajun recipes as a caterer for special events. However,
because of demand she expanded her menus to Southern Cuisines as
well. When the COVID pandemic created other opportunities, Mrs.
Clemons decided to help bring people together by creating an online
Capusine’s passion for cooking allows you to fellowship with others
while tasting and sharing ideas.
